Rodriguez Leon, Oscar

Oscar Rodriguez Leon was Secretary for the Sub-region Mexico, Central America, and Dominican Republic, Responsible for the Americas Water Sector unit, Public Services International (PSI), based in Heredia, Costa Rica. He made significant contributions by fostering collaboration between workers unions in Latin America and the Caribbean and the WATERLAT-GOBACIT Network. He passed away on 21 January 2025.
