Since 2015 we organise a regular Short-video competition, which is part of the activities of our Thematic Area 7, Art, Communication, Culture, and Education.
The Short-video competition was interrupted by the COVID-19 Pandemic shortly after the announcement of the 2020 Edition’s results.We expect to resume the competition in 2024.
Participation is open to professionals and beginners, regardless of age, country or language. The official languages of the WATERLAT-GOBACIT Network are English, Portuguese, and Spanish. In cases where the original version of the video is in a different language, we require subtitles in any of three official languages of the Network.
